Randolph Anthony Chang Fatt, passed on September 3, 2018, surrounded by his immediate family. His story began on March 1st, 1948 in Kingston, Jamaica where he was born to Ivan and Josephine Chang Fatt. He was raised at their home on Tower Street in down town Kingston before moving to Maple Leaf Avenue, St. Andrew. Randolph built a career in Jamaica as a Telecommunications Engineer with JAMINTEL before it transitioned to Cable and Wireless. Outside of his regular job he was an amateur radio enthusiast with a love for tinkering and fixing things. Later in his life, Randolph and Joan migrated to Florida to start a new chapter in their story. Eventually, this would be where he called home for the last time. Randolph was known for his welcoming warmth, love for people and places. He is survived by his wife (Joan), daughter (Kereina) and son (Andrew). He is further survived by his mother (Josephine), sisters (Joy, Andrea, Helen and Norma) and brothers (Wilson and Kevin). Randolph will be lovingly remembered by not just those he was related to, but also by those whose life he touched with his unique charm and spirit, those who would consider him a friend.
